BIOTOX Aluminosilicate - Bentonite
BIOTOX is a predominantly sodium, calcium, and magnesium aluminosilicate.
Its mineralogical properties and particle size allow the binding of mycotoxins in the digestive tract, preventing their assimilation during digestion in farm animals and thereby stopping them from entering the human food chain.
Upon ingestion, it disperses in the intestinal tract, reaching particle sizes of up to 2 microns, covering a larger surface area. As a result, BIOTOX delivers excellent adsorption and absorption performance.

Mycotoxin Binder
-
As a binder, it does not impart flavor or odor to food and offers excellent performance in pellet manufacturing. It acts as a lubricant, increasing hardness and improving pellet disintegration when in contact with liquids.
-
When sprayed onto cereal grains, oilseeds, and their derivatives, it helps prevent fungal proliferation caused by humidity and temperature, eliminating toxins due to its strong adhesion capacity and fungicidal properties.
-
Upon contact with water and digestive fluids, it performs a detoxifying function in the animal's intestinal tract, forming a stable and insoluble complex with mycotoxins. Since it is not absorbed, it is naturally eliminated with feces.
Dosage:
Recommended for all animal species at 3-5 kg per ton of feed, depending on the desired effect.

Storage Conditions:
Keep the bag sealed in a cool (5ºC to 30ºC) and dry environment.
